My name is Kim Dolan.

I am not a Microbiologist, nor am I a Chemist, but I am however, an individual with many concerns about the use and maintenance or Water Coolers.

For more than 5 years now, I have been going around in Cornwall and area, cleaning water coolers.  But my mission is not only maintenance.  I have heard too many complaints from customers over the years when I used to work as a sales representative for a local water bottling company.

My main mission is to educate you on the importance of having good water drinking habits, which includes cleaning your cooler regularly.

We have learned that there are:

1- Different types of water, which can leave various sediments in the base and hoses of your water cooler.

2- Different styles of water coolers, some of which cannot be sanitized properly due to the design.

3- Various types of nozzles, some of which do not disassemble for cleaning purposes.

So make sure you ask these important questions before purchasing a new water cooler.
